About Cafe Loco

A Vermont Tradition Since 2002

Cafe Loco began as a simple dream on a historic 100-year-old farm — to serve honest, made-from-scratch food in a space that felt like home. In 2002, that dream became reality. What started with a few tables and a small kitchen has grown into a beloved local cafe, known for bold flavors, warm service, and a vibe as memorable as the meals themselves.

Why Locals (and Travelers) Love Cafe Loco

Our Mission & Values

We believe in keeping things simple, fresh, and soulful. Our mission is to deliver “crazy good food” every single day — the kind that makes you pause between bites, smile at your tablemates, and leave feeling better than you came.

  • Farm-to-Table Focus – We use seasonal, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible
  • Personal Recipes – All dishes are original to our owner — you won’t find them anywhere else
  • Community-Centered – We treat every customer like family
  • Sustainable Roots – Located on a working organic farm with Vermont-grown produce
